Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mechanical Project Manager located in either the Midlands / Northampton Area or London area. The Mechanical Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of mechanical building services projects. Daily responsibilities include managing project budgets, procurement processes, and coordinating resources for plumbing and mechanical engineering tasks. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Qualifications
* Expertise in Building Services and Mechanical Engineering
* Experience in Plumbing and related mechanical systems
* Strong skills in Procurement and Budgeting
* Proven project management experience in construction or engineering projects
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities
* Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
* Knowledge of decarbonization and modern building technologies is an advantage
* Relevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
