As a Chemistry ECT, you will teach general science at KS3 and specialise in Chemistry at KS4. You’ll be given a lighter teaching load in your first year and weekly one-to-one sessions with your subject mentor. Lab access, shared schemes of work, and time for reflection and planning are all embedded in the ECT programme.
