We currently have permanent opportunities for a Machine Settler to join our Technical teams in Willand, Devon.

* The hours of work are: 05:30am -14:30pm (Tuesday 13:30pm)
* The shift pattern is: Monday - Friday
* The rate of pay is £15.06 per hour
Main Responsibilities:
Your main tasks as a Machine Setter will be to:
* Undertake daily checks on sealing equipment and Bizerbas
* Ensure good startups in sealing departments
* Grease all machinery in sealing room (portions and av - including conveyors) and heat tunnel chains
* Replace printheads, drive belts, motors, bearings and adjustment of Bizerbas
* Carry out Proseal tooling checks and reconditioning, belts, bearings and bushes replacement
* Adjust Proseal programs for best efficiency
* Carry out fault finding and programs basic adjustment on Metal detector's.
* Secondary request sheets relevant to skill level, basic fabrication when required
* Problem solve for OCM and printer’s
* Support with projects and new line installation
* Keep an up-to-date list of machinery, tooling sets etc. and any relevant issues
