We are seeking to recruit an experienced, motivated, dynamic Supervisor to lead our cleanliness team at The Princess Royal Hospital, Telford.
Core hours will be 2pm - 10pm working alternate weekends.
Main duties of the job
* Supervisor experience is essential – please refer to the job description.
* Cleaning Management experience is an essential element for this role and experience within a healthcare environment would be beneficial.You have a passion for good cleaning standards and hygiene.
* You have experience or knowledge of infection control and health and safety procedures.
* You are a team player but can also work independently.
* To provide support to the cleanliness team
* To adopt a flexible approach
* Good level of competency in IT
Working for your organisation
The Cleanliness Team is made up of Trust staff who are responsible for cleaning the whole hospital. Our aim is to ensure a safe and clean environment for patients, staff and visitors. We work closely with IPC and wards and departments to ensure our high standards are maintained. We are a large team covering various shift patterns and our goal is to provide the best service we can.
We pride ourselves on supporting each other and other teams within the Trust.
