Be the next Sales Development Representative at a global and fast-paced, venture-backed SaaS company. Remuneration: £32,000 base & Uncapped OTE £46,200 Location: Shoreditch, London (Hybrid) The Company Cledara helps businesses take control of their software subscriptions. The Role We are looking to expand our sales team with passionate sales professionals who will play a key role in helping Cledara grow and become a leader in the SaaS management space. This is an exciting opportunity for driven individuals who want to make a real impact on the future of a venture-backed fintech startup. In Q1 of 2025, we have promoted 3 Senior SDRs to Account Executives and 1 Senior SDR to Team Lead. Highlighting the amazing opportunity to grow and develop with a clear progression structure. We are seeking adaptable, collaborative team members who are enthusiastic about discovering new business opportunities and introducing our unique product. You’ll help businesses simplify their SaaS management process by addressing complexities and reducing unnecessary costs. Our ideal candidates are motivated by relationship-building, personal growth, and a desire to exceed goals in a supportive, sales-focused environment. As an SDR (Sales Development Representative), you will lead the top of the sales funnel by proactively reaching out to companies across the US, UK, and Europe. Your primary responsibility will be to spark interest, create meaningful connections, and set the stage for our Account Executive team to convert prospects into valued customers as we continue to grow. In this role, you will: Identify and engage with other fast-growing and scaling companies across the US, UK, and Europe, providing them with insightful, valuable content. Build trusting relationships with key decision-makers (C-suite/Finance leaders), actively listening to their needs and effectively communicating how Cledara can help. Schedule outbound meetings through a personalised mix of calls, emails, and social outreach. Manage and grow your sales pipeline, ensuring accurate documentation of all activity in Salesforce. Cultivate trust with stakeholders while learning and developing your skills in a fast-paced environment. Maintain a positive, growth-oriented mindset while being a supportive and adaptable team player. Stay proactive in learning and developing new skills. Requirements We are looking for someone who: Is a great communicator, both written and verbal. Enjoys helping others solve challenges through smart solutions. Is self-motivated, curious, and proactive, with a growth mindset. Brings strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence to the team. Has experience in sales or a customer-facing role (but we value potential over perfection). Is comfortable with learning core technology tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Zoominfo. Thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment where initiative is valued. Holds a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred but not essential).
