We are looking for a professional and proactive Trust & Company Administrator to join a growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in trust and company administration or a financial/legal services environment who is committed to delivering outstanding service to clients.
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day administration of a portfolio of trust and company structures. Duties will include preparing reports and basic documentation such as minutes and resolutions, liaising with investment advisers and other professional contacts, and attending client meetings alongside directors and managers. They will ensure client confidentiality is upheld at all times, maintain accurate records, and adhere to CDD requirements.
The ideal candidate will be organised, forward-thinking, and able to use their initiative to manage tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to meet financial targets and record time with clarity. They should be studying towards or already hold a relevant professional qualification such as STEP or CGI.
