* Diverse Consultation Formats: Face-to-face surgeries, e-consultations, triage, telephone consultations, and home visits.
* Autonomous Decision-Making: Lead clinical assessments for undifferentiated and undiagnosed conditions.
* Preventive Care Leadership: Conduct disease risk screening and early intervention.
* Care Coordination: Develop personalised treatment plans and manage referrals.
* Patient Education: Provide counselling and health education that empowers patients.
* Quality Assurance: Maintain meticulous clinical records and participate in audit processes.
* Digital Integration: Utilise Systm1 for enhanced patient care and data management.
* Prescribing Excellence: Follow evidence-based formularies while ensuring patient safety.
* QoF & LCS Compliance: Contribute to Quality and Outcomes Framework and Locally Commissioned Services achievements.
* Multidisciplinary Teamwork: Collaborate with PCN, system colleagues and healthcare professionals.
* Clinical Supervision: Mentor junior doctors, F1/F2/ST trainees, and student placements.
* Practice Development: Contribute to policy development and clinical standard setting.
* Knowledge Sharing: Participate in practice meetings and educational initiatives.
