Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Data Quality Lead to join our team within the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS). This pivotal new role will drive the development and implementation of robust data governance frameworks, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of member and employer data across the scheme. You will lead data improvement initiatives, collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, and support regulatory reporting requirements. With a strong understanding of pensions administration and data management best practices, you’ll play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency and delivering high-quality service to our members.
Responsibilities
* Lead data improvement initiatives across the scheme.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support regulatory reporting.
* Develop and implement robust data governance frameworks.
* Ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance of member and employer data.
