Paid Media Manager – Award-winning Finance – London Hybrid – Up to £50k + bonus + bens
Our client is a fast-growing, award-winning business within the finance sector, with a collaborative and highly successful team. With their own in-house lead generation team and a substantial digital marketing budget, marketing performance is at the core of their success, with Return On Ad Spend (ROAS) and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) driving every decision.
They are now looking for a Paid Media Manager with a background from financial services or similar regulated environment to take full ownership of campaigns. This hybrid role will be 4 days initially moving to 3 days in office, offering the chance to join a forward-thinking organisation where marketing is central to growth.
As Paid Media Manager you will be responsible for planning, executing, and scaling digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn. With full accountability for performance, you’ll thrive in a data-led environment where testing, optimisation, and commercial impact are key. Ideally with a background in financial services you will understand the regulatory nature and compliance for PPC in this environment.
What are we looking for?
* 4+ years’ experience managing PPC and paid social campaigns, ideally in a lead generation environment
* Proven track record of scaling campaigns and delivering measurable ROI
* Expertise across Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, Google Tag Manager, and GA4
* Strong analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing, funnel optimisation, and attribution modelling
* Confident handling large budgets with a focus on ROAS and CPA
* Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal experts and partners
* Knowledge or interest in the property finance sector (or other regulated industries) would be a bonus
