We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Primary School Teacher to join our team, working with children who have a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Sensory Processing Issues, and Non-Verbal Communication. Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the diverse learning needs of students with SEND. Provide targeted support for students with learning disabilities, ensuring a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Collaborate closely with the SENCO and support staff to implement and monitor Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
