As a People Advisor, you’ll support the delivery of the people strategy, working closely with People Business Partners and managers to resolve employee relations matters, coach on best practices, and contribute to strategic projects. Key Responsibilities:
1. Advise and support managers on HR policies, employee relations, and casework.
2. Coach managers through challenging conversations and HR processes.
3. Liaise with unions, payroll, and people operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
4. Analyse HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
5. Deliver training and support initiatives including wellbeing and EDI strategies.
Requirements:
6. Experience in HR or people services, with strongmunication and influencing skills.
7. Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
8. HR qualification or willingness to work towards one.
