Job Title: Second Chef
Assist the Head Chef in menu development and work with fresh produce to deliver high-quality, wholesome dishes that meet the highest standards.
Create a warm, efficient, and fun environment while working within budget and completing regular audits. Manage stock control effectively.
Candidate Requirements:
* Qualified Chef with City & Guilds/NVQ/SVQ or equivalent
* Good understanding of nutrition and HACCP principles
* Experience working with fresh seasonal food
* Ability to create a welcoming environment within the home
* Confidence engaging with residents to develop appetising and nutritious menus
About the Role:
