Fixed Term / Secondment to 31/03/2026. Are you a Clinical Psychologist with a passion for supporting children and young people with neurodevelopmental needs? We are looking for a motivated and compassionate psychologist to join our Neurodevelopmental Assessment Service on a part-time basis.
This role has been created to strengthen our capacity to conclude neurodevelopmental assessments and you will play a key role in ensuring assessments are brought to a conclusion, supporting families to receive clear and comprehensive feedback.
Responsibilities
* Reviewing assessment information gathered by the multidisciplinary team (MDT).
* Contributing to diagnostic formulation and clinical decision-making.
* Writing clear, evidence-based reports with recommendations for support.
* Providing feedback to children, young people, and families in a sensitive and accessible way.
* Working collaboratively with colleagues across the MDT to maintain high standards of care.
About You / Qualifications
* HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist
* Expertise in the assessment and formulation of neurodevelopmental conditions.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of an MDT
* A commitment to improving access to high-quality neurodevelopmental assessments in line with national policy.
