Provide an efficient clerical support service to all employees within the establishment, and assist in the provision of an efficient front line service to service users in order to assist with the promotion, delivery and integration of the Council s key objectives; specifically in relation to the Community Plan, Shared Commitments, Single Outcome Agreement and Best Value. The duties of the post involve Regulated Work with children and/or protected adults, as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. This is a temporary full time term time post based within St Joseph's Academy, Grassyards Road, Kilmarnock. Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 16.15pm and Friday 8.30am -15.00pm. The full time salary of the post is between £25,298 - £26,372 per annum The actual part time term time salary is between £21,697 - £22,618 per annum.
