We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Assistant Height Safety Engineer to assist in the inspection, testing, and maintenance of roof access safety systems. The successful candidate will work with top-notch equipment including Latchways, Capital Safety Systems, abseil anchors, davit systems, handrails, and eye-bolts. Key Accountabilities:
1. Assist in delivering various working-at-height projects.
2. Accurately record installation, inspection, and certification details.
3. Diagnose faults and assist in equipment repairs.
4. Support team members by maintaining tools and equipment.
5. Follow method statements, risk assessments, and safety regulations.
6. Prioritize safety in all tasks.
7. Communicate professionally with team members, clients, and contractors.
8. Work effectively as part of the onsite team.
9. Maintain a professional image with corporate clothing and a clean company van.
Key Challenges:
10. Based out of our client’s Sheffield office, you’ll work across the UK in a role that requires physical fitness and a strong commitment to safety. Working at heights is a significant part of this job.

Skills & Experience :
14. Previous construction site experience and comfort working at heights.
15. Good level of physical fitness due to the hands-on nature of the role.
16. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
17. Team player with a flexible, dynamic approach.
18. Full valid driving license preferred.
19. Proficient with small hand tools and battery-operated tools.
