What We’re Looking For * A proven track record of exceeding sales targets, ideally within a creative, marketing, events or digital agency environment. * A strategic and consultative sales approach; you understand client needs and can build compelling value propositions. * Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage with senior marketing leaders and C-suite executives. * A self-starter with a commercial mindset, driven to build and manage a robust sales pipeline. * A genuine passion for the creative industry and the ambition to become a key leader within the agency.
