Job Description
6. Lead and manage substantial international arbitration matters across multiple jurisdictions
7. Work closely with partners recognised as authorities in the field
8. Provide strategic advice on complex procedural and substantive issues
9. Supervise and develop junior team members
10. Engage directly with clients, experts, and foreign counsel
11. Contribute to business development, thought leadership, and the growth of the practice
The Successful Applicant
12. 5-7+ years' post‑qualification experience in international arbitration from a leading law firm
13. Strong familiarity with institutional arbitration rules (e.g., LCIA, ICC, ICSID, UNCITRAL)
14. Experience in investor‑state and/or complex commercial disputes
15. Excellent written advocacy skills and legal analysis capabilities
16. The ability to manage multi‑jurisdictional matters with minimal supervision
17. A collaborative approach and an interest in mentoring junior colleagues
18. Foreign language skills and cross‑border experience would be advantageous but are not essential.
