If you’re a Senior Structural Engineer looking to accelerate your development, broaden your technical exposure, and work on some of the most complex and high‑profile buildings in the UK, this role offers exactly that.

1. Exposure to high‑risk and large‑scale commercial projects—the kind of work that rapidly accelerates your technical capability and industry profile.
2. A front‑row seat in the new Building Safety Act environment, working closely with the Building Safety Regulator.
3. Structured development and mentorship from industry experts.
4. Support to achieve Chartered status with ICE or IStructE.
5. A culture that prioritises learning, autonomy, and progression.
Your Key Responsibilities
6. Act as a technical authority on structural compliance, staying ahead of industry developments.
7. Support the delivery of structural engineering services across a wide range of complex building types.
8. Work closely with the HSE/BSR on Higher Risk Buildings under our framework agreements.
9. Provide expert advice to commercial clients on structural design and UK Building Regulations.
10. Review structural assessments, drawings, and calculations to ensure compliance.
11. Build strong relationships with major design consultants, project stakeholders, and internal teams.
12. Maintain accurate project and inspection records.
13. Contribute to internal and external training, sharing your expertise with others.
14. Support Associate Directors and Managing Engineers in delivering high‑quality technical outcomes.

16. Strong technical judgement and the ability to work independently.
17. A growth mindset—someone who wants to stretch their capability and take on increasingly complex work.
