To strengthen our team in our UK Office, we are looking for a full-time:
Junior Applications Engineer (m/w/d)
Responsibilities
* Support and deliver high-quality technical support to UK systems integrators, consultants, and end users across Ireland, Nordics, Eastern, and Southern Europe markets.
* Assist in providing Applications support and QSC training content for the specified markets.
* Identify solutions to software and hardware issues, ensuring the highest customer experience.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including programming, commissioning, and network configuration.
* Track and monitor system issues until resolution within agreed timeframes.
* Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
* Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers, log issues properly.
* Follow up to ensure systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
* Document technical knowledge in notes and manuals.
* Maintain strong relationships with customers and end users.
* Participate in market research, surveys, and liaise with other company functions.
* Attend industry training to enhance relevant skills and knowledge.
Your Profile
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or relevant industry experience (internships or co-op experience acceptable).
* Qualifications in relevant fields (e.g., Q-SYS, Cisco, Dante, Programming Courses) are a plus.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Motivated to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic understanding of audio, video, or networking technologies is advantageous.
* Confident and engaging presentation skills.
* Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
