Lift Project Supervisor Jobs in Bristol at Stannah- Join our TEAM
We're looking for a proactive and organised Lift Project supervisor to be based in our Bristol branch.
As the Lift Project supervisor you will support our Field Repair Manager in leading engineers and subcontractors to deliver both major and minor repair projects. You'll play a key role in helping the branch achieve its Business Plan (BBP) objectives, contributing to strong margin performance while championing our company purpose, values and long‑term goals.
In this role, you'll be at the centre of project delivery—ensuring every lift repair is completed safely, efficiently and with an exceptional customer experience. Health and Safety will always be your top priority, but you'll also be deeply involved in supporting people development, maintaining high operational standards, managing financial performance and identifying risks before they escalate.
Your coordination skills and attention to detail will help keep projects moving smoothly and customers fully informed throughout.
You will be required to travel to site so a full UK driving licence is needed.
You will need to have a NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00-16:45 and Friday 08:00-15:45
Lift Project Supervisor responsibilities:
Assist with the effective allocation and planning of all repair work, including preparing construction phase health and safety plans, risk assessments and method statements.
Support the consistent and accurate use of the F4/compliance process on all major repair contracts, ensuring thorough design risk assessments are completed.
Ensure field staff adhere to PPE requirements at all times and maintain organised equipment and documentation.
Attend customer site meetings when required, produce clear site reports and proactively alert the Field Repair Manager to potential issues or delays.
Contribute to accident and near‑miss investigations, ensure repair works are completed as quoted, gather customer feedback as required and carry out additional duties requested by senior management.

Lift Project Supervisor Qualifications:
Qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
