Requirements
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction to post-completion
* Investigating title, handling legal queries, preparing documents, and managing exchanges and completions
* Advising clients on legal matters related to their property transactions
* Communicating professionally with clients, agents, brokers and lenders throughout each transaction
* Using a modern case management system to ensure efficiency and accuracy
* Keeping up to date with relevant legislation and sharing knowledge with the wider team

* A clear and friendly communicator who builds trust with clients
* Confident working independently and collaboratively within a team
* Strong IT skills and a willingness to learn new systems
