Our client, a well-established firm in Chester, is looking to recruit a Financial Administrator who has experience working within an IFA practice. This opportunity offers career progression, numerous benefits, and an excellent working environment.
The successful Financial Administrator will be offered:
1. Basic salary ranging from £28,000 - £32,000 dependent on experience
2. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

4. Monday – Friday 9.00 – 5.30pm with access to flexible working hours

Key Responsibilities of the Financial Administrator include:
8. New business processing (investments, pensions, mortgages & life).
9. Client servicing, e.g., switches, rebalance, withdrawals etc.
10. Providing quotes using exchange and platforms.
11. Dealing with policy enquiries.
12. Telephone and reception duties as required
13. General Admin support including handling posts and typing.
To be considered for this Financial Administrator role, you must have the following:
14. Previous experience working within Financial Services or similar sector..
15. Organised & methodical with excellent attention to detail.
16. Ability to prioritise and meet targets and deadlines.
17. Effective communication skills.
18. Strong IT skills, specifically in MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook.
19. Experience of the IO (Intelliflo) back office system would be an advantage, together with the experience of some, or all, of the following platforms: Abrdn Aviva Aegon
