The Role: We're looking for an organised, friendly, and proactive HR Administrator to join our buzzing HR Service Centre team! This role is all about making sure everything runs like clockwork across the full employee life cycle. As the face of our HR Service centre, you'll be the first port of call for employee and manager queries, and the backbone of our HR operations - keeping us compliant, efficient, and people-focused. The position is: A fixed-term contract for 12 months 37.5 hours per week 52 weeks per year £25,300 per annum Main Responsibilities: In this role, no two days are quite the same, but your goal in delivering a great employee experience remains constant. The Go-To Person: Act as the first point of contact for HR queries via phone and email, providing clear information on policies and procedures. Case Triaging: Manage the HR tickets system by resolving routine questions on the spot and escalating more complex matters to the right experts. Compliance Administration: Keep us on the right side of the law by managing Right to Work checks, references, and background screenings. Data Integrity: Maintain our HRIS with precision, ensuring employee records are accurate, confidential, and up to date. Team Player: Collaborate with Payroll, HR Business Partners, and Coordinators to keep our processes seamless. Continuous Improvement: Help us find better ways to do things by suggesting improvements to our processes and knowledge base. You are comfortable with computers and quick to learn new systems.
