Director of Engineering
A senior leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering the organisation's technology, architecture and data strategy. This person will lead multiple technical functions, drive modernisation of legacy systems, elevate data capabilities and ensure high-quality delivery across both internal teams and external suppliers.
Experience Required
* Strong background across architecture, software engineering, integrations and data platforms
* Proven track record delivering modernisation / transformation programmes
* Experience leading multi-disciplinary technical teams
* Strong understanding of data platforms, governance and BI/analytics
* Experience implementing modern engineering practices (CI/CD, APIs, testing, release)
* Proven ability to manage and challenge third-party suppliers / vendors
