Sewell Wallis is currently supporting a fantastic West Leeds-based organisation who are looking for an HR Advisor to join their team on a 12 month FTC basis. This is a great hands-on HR role providing professional and comprehensive HR support and advice to this West Yorkshire company. What will you be doing? Managing the full onboarding process for new starters within SLA and payroll deadlines. This includes ensuring the right to work in the UK documentation is accurate, issuing the offer via DocuSign and undertaking all onboarding activities to ensure the onboarding process is managed in an efficient manner. Creating and maintaining employee electronic records. Maintaining SharePoint data, ensuring accuracy as data feeds into dashboards and other weekly reporting. Liaising with stakeholders on HR queries related to onboarding, offboarding and policies. Managing the offboarding process for all leavers working within the monthly payroll deadline. Managing all changes to terms and conditions of employment, including UK transfers as required. This includes issuing letters and confirming to employees changes to their terms and conditions. Ensuring the HR System is updated with relevant employee changes, including cost centre moves, changes to terms and conditions, and line manager changes.What skills are we looking for?
