Position: Part-Time Sales Associate
Location: Cheshire Oaks Store
We are seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to work 24 hours a week. As a Sales Associate, you will bring Belstaff to life for our customers by demonstrating an affinity for the brand values and engaging customers through sharing knowledge of our heritage and products. Your motivation to drive sales and contribute to achieving targets will be key, along with building rapport and delivering exceptional service while maintaining high standards in the store.
Responsibilities include:
* Being part of a dynamic and positive team delivering exceptional customer service
* Approaching customers and building rapport to anticipate their needs
* Showcasing product collections and sharing Belstaff stories to upsell
* Sharing knowledge of services such as product care, waxing, and customization, and providing aftersales support
* Maintaining visual merchandising standards and stock levels on the shop floor and back of house
* Upholding company and store security procedures, including loss prevention
* Participating in stock audits and counts
* Liaising with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and Supervisor on daily decisions
* Following all company rules and HSE legislation
* Resolving customer queries or complaints professionally
Candidate requirements:
* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a premium or luxury retail environment
* Confidence in delivering exceptional customer service
* Desire to learn about the brand and products
* Motivation to achieve sales targets, with some previous experience
* Interest in the luxury/premium retail market
