We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to join our dedicated team for a maternity cover position, teaching Level 2 students from August 2026 to February 2027. You will play a pivotal role in course leading, teaching, and possibly assessing, depending on your experience. This exciting role will include: Leading and delivering engaging lessons for Level 2 Early Years students Providing pastoral support and guidance to learners throughout their studies Course leading and ensuring high standards of teaching and learning (If applicable) Assessing student work and providing constructive feedback If you can demonstrate the following, then we’d love to hear from you: Experience teaching Level 2 Early Years courses within a Further Education setting A teaching and assessing qualification (or willingness to gain one) Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to inspire and motivate students For many of our teaching roles, we welcome applications from candidates at any stage of their career, including industry professionals with no/limited teaching experience.
