Position: Home Manager
Location: Tottenham, Peregrine House
Salary: Starting from £40,000 per annum
Additional Benefits: Generous Annual Bonus
Role Overview
1. Ensure the delivery of high-quality services to residents.
2. Build and maintain occupancy levels.
3. Recruit, train, and retain a professional and dedicated staff team.
4. Ensure compliance with CQC standards, business governance, and operational policies.
5. Manage the home’s profit and loss within set budgets.
6. Promote marketing strategies to enhance the home’s reputation.
Qualifications and Skills
1. Proven experience managing care homes rated as 'Good' by CQC, supported by a Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification in Health and Social Care.
2. Compassionate, assertive, and an inspiring leader committed to continuous improvement in care quality.
3. Ability to manage day-to-day operations, motivate staff, and drive business success.
4. Experience implementing action plans to increase occupancy.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
6. Capability to work independently while leading large teams to meet CQC standards and residents’ needs.
7. Diploma Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
