Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality teaching in your subject specialism to KS3, KS4, and potentially KS5 students
Create and maintain a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment
Support the school's vision and ethos, working collaboratively with department colleagues
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
Develop your subject expertise and teaching practice with support from experienced mentors
Essential Criteria:
QTS
Relevant subject degree or qualification
Strong subject knowledge in your specialist area
Understanding of secondary curriculum requirements and assessment frameworks
Strong classroom management and organizational skills
Commitment to inclusive teaching practices and supporting diverse learners
