Responsibilities
* Support customers with mental health and/or complex needs, with daily living tasks, building independence and achieving goals in support plans.
* Assist with meals, shopping, budgeting, tenancy, and moving towards independent living.
* Complete risk assessments, support planning, goal setting, and reviews.
* Time for chats, relationship building, and teamwork, with no rushing between customers.
* Occasionally our customers needs mean your start and finish times may change. Where we ask you to be flexible, we will always try to reciprocate.
* Rota-based working including sleep-ins / weekends or waking nights. You may need to be flexible with hours.
* Confident using technology for plans, training, and collaboration. You\ll need an Enhanced DBS check (we pay for this).
