We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Teacher to join our vibrant primary school community in Hertfordshire.
This full-time role involves delivering high-quality education within the ethos of our school, which emphasises nurturing each child's individual talents and fostering a love of learning in a supportive environment.
As a key member of our teaching team, you will contribute to our mission of inspiring confident, compassionate, and resilient learners. The position is based in Upper Key Stage 2, either Year 5 or Year 6, with the start date to be confirmed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that meet the national curriculum requirements and reflect the school's values of inclusion, respect, and academic excellence.
- Assess and track student progress regularly, providing tailored support to ensure all learners achieve their potential.
- Create a positive classroom environment that promotes well-being, respect, and independence among pupils.
- Support the development of pupils' social, emotional, and behavioural skills in accordance with the school’s holistic approach.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support individualised learning plans and address specific needs.
- Contribute to the wider school community through participation in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities.
