Sales Director (Estate Agency)
Midlands based
£60,000 base salary
£100,000 OTE
Monday - Friday
The Role
We are working with a highly reputable, market leading and well established Estate Agency who are looking for an enthusiastic and personable new Sales Director to join their team overseeing 10 branches as Sales Director for offices that may not have a sales department and growing this side of the offices, or increasing an already existing sales office revenue.

Office locations are in a mixture of West Yorkshire, Greater Manchester and West Midlands so being flexible with travel and overnight stays is essential.
The successful candidate will have:
* Management experience within estate agency
* Estate agency sales experience
* Be reliable and happy to support the current partner in running the office
* Motivated and hungry for success
* Good knowledge of the local area is desirable
* Strong leadership skills
* Full UK Driving licence and own car
Your main responsibilities will be:
* Supporting the current partner in running the office
* Manage the team
* Contribute towards growing the business
* Securing new business
* Ensuring the team are on track for KPIs
