Senior Physiotherapist Circle Integrated Care - North Hampshire 22.5 Hours & Permanent Salary: Up to £55,000.00 FTE per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification) Circle Integrated Care is part of Circle Health Group, Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country. We have an opportunity for a Senior Physiotherapist to join their team of staff in the Physiotherapy department. This is a part time role for 15 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern, although this will include no on-call hours or weekend working. Duties of this role include: Develop individualised treatment plans using a variety of physiotherapy techniques to optimise recovery, function, and independence. Monitor patient progress and adapt interventions accordingly, ensuring high standards of clinical care. Manage a designated caseload efficiently, prioritising based on clinical urgency and discharge planning needs. Act as a point of contact for junior physiotherapists, therapy assistants, and students, offering guidance and informal supervision. Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical records in line with HCPC, CSP, and local policy. Adhere to all governance procedures including health and safety, infection prevention, and safeguarding. Applicants should meet the following criteria: HCPC-registered Physiotherapist. Solid post-registration experience across a range of clinical areas. Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal abilities. Commitment to team working and service improvement.
