About the Role: Curriculum Manager - Applied Science
As a Curriculum Manager, you will drive forward strategic objectives and ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and learner experience across our Applied Science curriculum and services.
You will be a strong candidate if you can demonstrate:
* Lead on the development and delivery of outstanding educational provision
* Collaborate with staff across departments to implement innovative and inclusive practices that support learners and colleagues
* Track record of line managing teaching and support staff, driving performance and accountability
* Expertise in designing, planning, and delivering high-quality, learner-focused curriculum programmes
* Solid understanding of compliance, funding regulations, and quality assurance processes
This role is offered on a full-time, fixed-term basis, ending 25 November 2026.
We are looking for a passionate Curriculum Manager to lead our Applied Science programme, delivering high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment, and inspiring students to achieve their goals.

You will join a high-performing leadership team, working with colleagues across CCC to deliver shared goals. The role involves line management of 5 staff, supporting their development and fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
