Job Description
* Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within current accounts.
* Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
* Prepare and present regular account performance reports to stakeholders.
* Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
* Participate in sales meetings and contribute to overall departmental goals.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Account Manager should have:
* Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience in CCaaS/UCaaS, working with leading vendors such as Zoom, 8x8, Five9, Mitel, and others
* Seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual with a proven ability to sell sophisticated contact centre solutions
* Demonstrated success managing deals with a Total Contract Value (TCV) of £500K or more
* Must reside within one hour of the office, possess a valid driving licence, and have access to a personal vehicle
