Role Overview
As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will deliver technical solutions for ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) implementations. You will engage with clients, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement and configure ServiceNow IRM applications.
* Work with clients to understand requirements and develop solutions.
* Conduct design workshops and provide technical guidance.
* Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices.
* Create clear technical and client-facing documentation.
* Support post-implementation troubleshooting.
Required Skills & Experience
* 2-3 years of experience in ServiceNow IRM implementations.
* ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS) preferred.
* Scripting experience on the ServiceNow platform.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Agile and project management familiarity.
* Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
Location
Candidates based in the UK, Portugal, or the Netherlands, with occasional travel to the UK.
