 
        
        What you’ll do
 * Provide clients with expert guidance on funeral plans, helping them understand options and plan their perfect service in line with guidelines and regulations.
 * Manage your own diary, making and receiving calls with clients, arranging face‑to‑face visits, and following up on enquiries.
 * Keep accurate records in line with policies and regulations, ensuring all documentation is handled safely, discreetly and in a timely manner.
 * Work closely with branch teams, supporting them with funeral‑plan enquiries and providing administrative assistance when required.
Qualifications & Experience
 * Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
 * Experience in sales, customer service or financial services where you supported clients in purchasing appropriate products (advantageous but not required).
 * Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients, colleagues and the local community.
 * Strong attention to detail and accuracy, maintaining regulatory compliance.
 * Excellent administrative and organisational skills, able to manage diary and travel to client meetings.
 * High levels of empathy, discretion and care, with strong listening skills.
 * Passion for delivering great service and achieving positive outcomes for clients.
Background Checks & Regulation
We will conduct DBS, adverse media checks and occupational health screening. We operate under FCA regulation and will provide all training required to become a certified colleague.
