Job Role: Residential SurveyorLocation: ExeterHours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per weekAt Innovus we committed to delivering market leading solutions and professional services and as a Residential Surveyor, you will be contributing to our vision to recognised as the market leading provider of services to the UK’s property sector.We are proud to employ highly skilled, experienced and innovative people who deliver business expertise and service across the property industry.Main ResponsibilitiesMRICS or FRICS Chartered Surveyor required to undertake mortgage and other valuations (matrimonial, probate, etc.), and Level 2 (HomeBuyers) and Level 3 (Building Condition) surveys.As the Residential surveyor will be expected to visit properties, undertake site inspections and produce detailed reports using both software and free text reports, in the case of Building Condition Surveys.Experience· Minimum of two years’ post-qualification experience and experience of carrying out Level 1, 2 and 3 residential surveys for private clients and/or lending institutions.· Have used tablet technology for site note taking and be familiar with Quest software, RightMove Surveyor Comparable tool and Building Cost Information Service (BCIS) reinstatement valuation.Must have experience of producing all of the following:Mortgage valuationsRed Book Valuations for residential propertyRICS Level 2 SurveysRICS Level 3 SurveysIdeally will have experience inDevelopment appraisalsParty Wall AwardsProject managementQualifications· MRICS, or FRICS qualified.The BenefitsOur customers deserve the best and the same applies to our people.
