Your responsibilities:
Analyse complex business processes, systems, and user requirements to recommend digital solutions that drive efficiency and innovation
Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys
Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows for development teams
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements documents, user guides, and training materials
Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues
Support user acceptance testing and coordinate system implementations
Evaluate emerging technologies and their potential business applications
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
Previous experience within Energy sector
• Direct experience in assessing a companys internal structure, processes, systems, capabilities, and culture to determine how effectively it delivers its value proposition and achieves its strategic objectives.
Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to see the bigger picture, anticipate future trends, and develop forward-looking plans.
Analytical Expertise: Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and interpretation to generate meaningful insights.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated experience in building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Business-to-Technical Translation: Ability to convert business needs into technical or procedural requirements.
IT & Automation Awareness: Understanding of IT systems, digital transformation, and automation opportunities.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Experience working with diverse teams across departments.
Data Tools Proficiency: Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel).
Problem Solving: Ability to identify core business challenges and propose effective, scalable solutions.
Leadership: Comfortable engaging with leadership, challenging assumptions, and motivating teams.
