We're excited to recruit for this role at Golding and appoint a Data Coordinator reporting in to the Asset Investment Data Lead. Where you'll be able to play a key role in shaping our future. What you'll be doing You'll assist the Asset Investment Data Lead in managing asset related data in a timely and accurate manner to enable effective investment to our customers’ homes. Actively collate Decent Homes Standard and accurate reporting on a regular basis, using specialist software, to monitor, report and identify trends. Proactively assist the Asset team to identify and evaluate new ways of working to improve performance, including customer satisfaction. Assist the Asset Investment Data Lead in analysing for example damp & mould data, repairs and maintenance data. Ensure Keystone is updated regularly with good quality data to help inform accurate leaseholder service charge calculations. Assist in providing meaningful data to inform effective investment in future estate improvement programmes. Support the Building Safety Team with collating FRA actions and any repairs raised outside of this process which may have a contributory factors to the scoring / risk profile of the block. Provide contract administration service to and across Assets Team. More about you. What can you bring? NVQ Level 3 in either Business Administration or Customer Care desirable (or similar/qualified by experience). Demonstrable experience of using ICT systems, level 3 MS Excel, data inputting, producing reliable reports and ability to learn new systems. Experience of working in a busy customer service centred environment. Experience of working within Social Housing or the Public Sector. Confident working with GDPR legislation & aware with data protection protocols. Technical building knowledge, including asset management, compliance and repairs. Knowledge of Keystone Asset Management and MRI housing management systems (desirable) Strong attention to detail and organisation skills to meet deadlines You'll enjoy a 37 hour working week and earn an annual salary of circa £34,900 dependent upon your knowledge, skills and experience.
