We are implementing the ambitious 'Transforming Together' strategy to support health and social care reform. Within the Corporate Planning Team, we have an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced Head of the Programme Management Office.
This role offers a unique chance to lead the PMO to support high-profile programmes, including the ‘Transforming Together’ and ‘GGC Way Forward’ programmes. The post-holder will also monitor the Board’s Annual Delivery Plan and Winter Plan.
The post-holder will lead the PMO team and develop the governance framework for transformation programmes.
The role requires autonomous working and highly developed interpersonal skills to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with executives, clinicians, and senior managers across all hierarchy levels.
You must have proven experience managing a PMO or project function, with a successful track record in a similar role.
