We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable EHCP Coordinator to join our inclusive learning support team and help shape brighter futures for young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). As our EHCP Coordinator, you'll be the key point of contact for coordinating, reviewing, and implementing Education, Health and Care Plans for learners across the college. You'll work closely with students, families, teaching staff, and external agencies to ensure all young people receive the tailored support they need to reach their full potential. Responsibilities include: Leading the annual review process for EHCPs in line with statutory requirements. Ensuring that support outlined in EHCPs is implemented, monitored, and regularly reviewed. Acting as the liaison between local authorities, parents/carers, and college departments. Maintaining accurate, confidential records and contributing to funding requests and reporting. Promoting inclusive practice and a learner-centred approach across the college. You will be: Experienced in working with EHCPs, ideally in an FE or secondary education setting. A strong communicator with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. Confident navigating SEND legislation, the Code of Practice, and funding frameworks. Compassionate, proactive, and committed to inclusive education. Educated to degree level or equivalent, with relevant training in SEND (desirable).
