About the role:
We have a new opportunity for a Technical Services Manager to join the team at our flagship site in Corby For us, quality is paramount and we require a like-minded individual to take on the role. It requires a meticulous and detail-orientated individual who is dedicated to ensuring our products continue to meet the highest standards.
You will ensure the QMS is kept up to date and meets the requirements of BRC and Retailer Codes of Practice, manage internal audit schedules, and lead the HACCP team.
What you'll be doing:
* Ensure all documents issued to the factory are accurate and meet the requirements of the QMS
* Manage the QMS to ensure it is organised, clear and concise and all evidence is filed appropriately
* Conduct monthly audits of the QMS on a monthly basis to ensure all records are being completed, and pass on any concerns to the QA team on a weekkly basis to make sure any required changes are actioned
* Review all procedures and documents in the QMS with the Key Stakeholders and streamline for efficiency.
* Lead and present key sections of QMS during external audits
* Manage HACCP and ensure all documentation is kept up to date
* Manage the completion and accuracy of retailer reports
* Manage Pest Control
A little bit about you:
* Demonstrable experience of managing people and processes
* Demonstrable experience of Quality System Auditing
* Previous experience of retailer and BRC audits
* Level 3 Food Safety and Level 3 HACCP
* Demonstrable experience of a results-driven mind-set with a keen focus on continuous improvement
