What you will do:
Manage a caseload of children in need, child protection, and court cases, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
Conduct assessments and investigations, developing detailed care plans for children and families.
Attend court proceedings, preparing reports and providing expert testimony to inform decisions.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, agencies, and partners to safeguard and promote child welfare.
Maintain comprehensive, accurate records in line with statutory requirements and local procedures.
