They are very creative with their work and have multiple Children's services. This organisation has just over 40 sets of Foster Carers and you will be managing 1 Team Manager and 6 Supervising Social Workers. About you The successful candidate will have significant experience within Fostering teams as a Registered Manager, post qualification whilst having an up-to-date understanding of relevant legislation. You will possess or be willing to work towards your level 5 in leadership & management.
