This is a hybrid role requiring one day a week on site either Callington every Wednesday or Leicester every Tuesday. Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain accurate demand forecasts for products and customers, incorporating business intelligence and insights from Sales, Marketing, and retailer portals. Collaborate with the Commercial team to plan demand and promotional activity. Analyse sales trends and demand drivers to refine forecasts and improve accuracy. Support seasonal and promotional planning, producing KPIs including forecast accuracy and promotional conformance. Work closely with Production Planning to provide estimates and align supply with demand. Engage with customers and retailers to improve demand processes and identify opportunities. Experience in forecasting, planning, or scheduling (ideally within food manufacturing, though not essential). Knowledge of forecasting methodologies, constraint planning, or statistical modelling (desirable). Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
