We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Bartender to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional beverages, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your expertise in hospitality and your ability to manage time effectively will be key to delivering a memorable experience.
Duties
* Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
* Engage with customers to provide personalised service, taking orders and offering recommendations based on their preferences.
* Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock rotation.
* Train and mentor junior bartenders, sharing knowledge of drink recipes and techniques.
* Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for billing purposes.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and smooth operation during busy periods.
Skills
* Strong background in hospitality with a focus on customer satisfaction.
* Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
* Excellent serving skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
* Proficient in basic math for handling payments and managing tabs.

Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
