At Cox Automotive, we're on the lookout for a Social Media Executive who's ready to make an impact. You'll be at the heart of our social media presence, working alongside our Social Media Specialist to craft compelling content and spark meaningful conversations across our brands.
?? What You'll Be Doing
* ?? Planning, creating, and scheduling content that's on-brand and audience-focused
* ?? Engaging with followers to build vibrant, active communities
* ?? Supporting campaigns with real-time content and performance insights
* ?? Designing visuals using tools like Adobe Express and Canva
* ?? Managing scheduling tools like Sprout Social to ensure consistent delivery
* ?? Staying ahead of trends and platform updates to keep our content fresh
?? Who You'll Work With
You'll collaborate closely with:
* Social Media Specialist
* Heads of Marketing
* Marketing Director – Europe
* In-house Creative Team
* Wider European Marketing & Communications Team
?? What You'll Bring
* 2+ years of experience in social media or content creation
* A strong grasp of platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X
* Excellent copywriting and communication skills
* A creative eye and hands-on experience with design tools
* Organisational skills and a love for multitasking
* Bonus points for experience in automotive, paid social, or video editing

* Degree in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience)
