Job Summary Are you a qualified Counsellor for Depression (CfD) looking to make a real difference in people's lives? Nouvita Healthcare is seeking dedicated, sessional counsellors to join our growing NHS Talking Therapies team. This hybrid role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to adults experiencing common mental health issues.

Job Description & Requirements
Job responsibilities
Youll work within the NHS Talking Therapies (IAPT) framework, delivering short-term counselling interventions that are person-centred and guided by the Person-Centred Experiential Counselling for Depression (PCE-CfD) model.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Conducting assessments and delivering therapy sessions
* Supporting clients through their mental health journeys using evidence-based practice
* Maintaining clear, timely clinical notes on our digital system
* Collaborating with team members, supervisors, and partner agencies
* Participating in regular supervision, training, and professional development
Person Specification
Experience

* Qualification in CfD
Qualifications

* BACP membership (Accreditation or working towards it)
* Qualification in CfD
* At least 2 years of post-qualification experience
* Experience delivering time-limited counselling
* Remote counselling qualification and good IT skills
* Ability to travel within Hertfordshire as needed

* A solid understanding of confidentiality, ethics, and safeguarding
