1. Hours and Shifts: 20-30 hours per week, with shifts from 6am to 2pm, 10am to 6pm, or 2pm to 10pm, including weekends. Flexibility to be discussed at interview. The role includes working in our in-store bakery.
2. Training and Age Requirement: Full paid training provided. Applicants must be aged 18 or over to authorise age-related sales.
3. Role Overview: Join Co-op as a Customer Team Leader. You will lead the store team, coach and supervise team members, deputise for the Store Manager, and deliver excellent customer service. Tasks include re-stocking, cleaning, and managing challenging situations.
